Customer requirement / problem

  • Certified Hydrocarbon Fire (up to H60) and Blast (up to 0.3 barg; 30kN/m²) protection walls for several platforms in the Ekofisk complex
  • Wall design to accommodate existing installed platform layout with minimal modification
  • Wall to incorporate Pipe, Tube and Cable Penetrations as well as Personnel Access Doors
  • A60 Cladding to a new stair tower being installed as part of a platform upgrade
  • Installation by available platform personnel to take place without shutdown
  • Minimum weight to be added to the platforms
  • No in-service maintenance required
  • Penetration detail requirements for ancillary equipment
  • To meet project HSE requirements throughout project lifecycle
